His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdul-Aziz, President of the SCTH, oversaw the fourth round of the Colors of Saudi Arabia Forum with the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Turkey al-Faisal; His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Saud bin Khalid, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and members of the SCTH's Board; His Royal Highness Prince Bandar bin Saud bin Mohamed, President of the Saudi Wildlife Authority and member of the SCTH's Board; His Excellency Mr. Abdullah Hussein, Chairman of the Saudi Press Agency and His Excellency Mr Derek Hanekom, South-African Minister of Tourism. The Forum achieved great success in accomplishing its objectives to sustain the use of photos and tourism films in displaying the tourist elements and the cultural dimension of the Kingdom, and to support the promising talents in photography. This success was seen in the obvious increase in the numbers of visitors which reached 25,000, contest participants and participating pavilions, in addition to increasing the forum's total area to 15,000 m2.

His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Salman, President of the SCTH, awarded the winners of the Prince Sultan Photography Award, which is the most prominent award for photographers in the Kingdom and Gulf States. The total prize amount was 200,000 SAR distributed among four categories: Photography Pioneers: Governmental and Private Agencies: Literature and Publications and Photography for Tourist Purposes.

The success achieved by the Colors of Saudi Photography Contest in the previous rounds continued and was seen in the number of participating photos rising to 6,000 covering the Kingdom in the categories of; Tourism Experience; Cultural and Popular Heritage; Nature, and Human and Life in addition to Saudi Arabia in the World's Eyes and Smartphones. The contest witnessed the introduction of Colors of Qassim Photography Contest. The total amount of the prizes reached one million SAR distributed among 35 photographers.
Winners of Photography ContestHonoring the Winners of Tourism Films Contest
The fourth round of the Colors of Saudi Contest honored the winners of the Tourism Films Contest which aims to develop and encourage short tourism film production, create competition among professional and amateur videographers and producers, support the talents to develop and produce short films about tourism, and contribute in promoting distinguished films about national tourism. The number of participants was 80 participants and the total amount of prizes reached 200,000 SAR distributed among five winners.

His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Salman, President of the SCTH, honored the members of the Colors of Saudi Contest juries which included a group of specialized jurors in photography and direction who were carefully chosen to guarantee the choice of the best works submitted according to the terms and criteria laid out by the organizing committee. The contest benefitted from the expertise of local and international jurors.

The fourth round of the Colors of Saudi Exhibition was marked by an increase in the exhibition's total floor space to 15,000 m2, which was a 30% increase from the previous year. About 100 entities participated, varying between governmental agencies, private companies, individuals, associations, and photography clubs. It also included a group of special pavilions such as King Salman's pavilion, Prince Saud al-Faisal, Prince Sultan bin Salman Space Trip, and other special pavilions for sponsors, development councils, and individual photographers.
The Scientific Program
The Scientific Program for the Colors of Saudi Arabia Forum 2015 encompassed 59 workshops and training courses that were characterized by comprehension and diversity. Those workshops and training courses were presented by several local and international experts. They discussed photography, videography, and personal experiences.
